For an iCAUR 03 or V23 warranty question, start with your own warranty and service booklet. Vehicle, traction-battery and 12V-battery coverage can have different terms.
Check the time and mileage limits, applicable conditions and servicing records. Ask an authorised centre to confirm what applies to your car before arranging a claim.

Do I need an account to read the guides?
No. You can read BOXR’s public guides, news and service directory without an account. Member profiles and activities require sign-in.
How do I install BOXR on iPhone or Android?
On iPhone, open BOXR in Safari, tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and choose Install app or Add to Home screen from the menu. See the installation guide.
Can the club confirm my warranty claim?
No. Use your warranty booklet and contact an authorised service centre for the terms that apply to your vehicle and the claim process. A club discussion cannot confirm coverage or approve a claim.
